Corwin Scott Marcum
Bio
Corwin S. Marcum joined Allen Wellman Harvey Keyes Cooley, LLP, in December 2022. He focuses his practice on civil litigation and appeals—including business and contract disputes, family law, trusts and estates, and general litigation in state and federal court.
In 2022, Corwin attained his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he was an associate editor on the Indiana Law Review and a member of the 2020-2021 Order of the Barristers, McKinney’s moot court honor society. Excelling in legal research and writing, in 2020 he was appointed a Dean’s Tutorial Society Legal Communication & Analysis Fellow. He also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Tim Oakes in the Marion County, Indiana, Superior Court, Civil Division.
Before law school, Corwin studied political science and psychology at IUPUI, graduating with a BA in 2019. A native of New Castle, Indiana, he currently lives in Greenfield with his partner, Jade, and their dog, Keisha. In his spare time, you can find him running on the Pennsy Trail in Hancock County—sometimes with Keisha in tow.
