Thomas S. Bowman

Bio

Tom Bowman joined Allen Wellman Harvey Keyes Cooley, LLP, in June 2017. Previously, he worked in an insurance defense practice in northwest Indiana and then for three years at a general practice law firm in Logan, Utah, representing both individuals and businesses in various matters. Tom currently focuses his practice on plaintiff’s personal injury claims, business and contract disputes, family law, trusts and estates, and general litigation.

Tom is originally from Shelbyville, Indiana. In 2009, he graduated cum laude from Wabash College where he majored in history. While at Wabash, Tom was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) fraternity and studied abroad for a semester in Perugia, Italy. In 2012, he attained his Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude from Valparaiso University School of Law. At Valpo, Tom earned the honors grades in Federal Estate and Gift Taxation and Estate Planning. He also worked as a summer research assistant and served as a pro bono extern for Magistrate Judge Calabrese of the Starke County Circuit Court.

Tom resides in Greenfield with his wife, Michelle, and their dog, Reggie. In his spare time, Tom enjoys traveling, watching sports, and cooking.
