A - Allen Wellman McNew offers initial no-charge consultations for personal injury cases.  Payment for these cases is based on a percentage of recovery
unless the client requests otherwise.  The firm also offers an initial
no-charge meeting for bankruptcy and criminal cases for the purpose of
determining the prospective client's situation and legal needs in order to
quote a fee.

Q - I live outside of Hancock County.  Are any of your attorneys familiar with practicing outside of Greenfield?
