Jay F. Brubaker is an Associate Attorney with Allen Wellman McNew, LLP. Jay's practice largely focuses on general civil litigation, family law, criminal defense, and immigration law.
Jay graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 2010. Jay received his undergraduate degree from Bluffton University in 1999. While at Bluffton, Jay studied in Northern Ireland and was recognized as a C. Henry Smith Scholar. Jay was admitted to the Indiana Bar and the United States Court for the Southern District of Indiana in 2010. Jay currently lives in Indianapolis with his wife, two children, and two dogs. Jay and his family attend and are active members of Shalom Mennonite Church. In his spare time, Jay enjoys reading, playing racquetball, cooking, and playing with his children and dogs.
